Smart Log, your way
Smart Log combines text, voice, photos, and optional barcode scans, then lets you review and edit before saving. Prefer speed? Use Quick Add for manual macros or Recent Meals to re-log something you already ate.

Kaltro breaks every meal into body-system insights across energy, focus, digestion, and recovery, then hands you a plan for tonight.
Kaltro vs. the rest
Same data goes in. Completely different experience comes out.
Typical
Search a database, scan a barcode, weigh portions. Feels like data entry.
Kaltro
Type, speak, or snap a photo. Kaltro translates natural language into structured nutrition without barcode scanning.
Typical
Calorie count, macro split, a ring chart. Numbers with no narrative.
Kaltro
Body-system insights that map food to energy, focus, recovery, and digestion. Your salad becomes a story, not a spreadsheet.
Typical
A calorie budget and a red bar when you go over. Guilt by design.
Kaltro
A dinner suggestion that fills the gaps in your day. "You're low on fiber — try lentil soup tonight" beats a red progress bar.
Typical
Generic tips recycled from a blog. "Drink more water" on repeat.
Kaltro
An AI coach that already knows your patterns, timing, and weak spots before it says a word.
Typical
Browse 10,000 recipes with no idea which ones matter for you.
Kaltro
Adaptive suggestions shaped by what your body actually needs more of — not what's trending on a recipe blog.
Typical
Streak badges and a weight graph. Motivation by shame.
Kaltro
Body-system trends over time. See how energy, recovery, and nutrient balance actually shift week to week.
Kaltro turns what you log into insight, a plan for what's next, and coaching that already knows you—not another guilt trip with a macro chart.
How Kaltro works
Describe a meal in plain language—or add a photo, voice note, or barcode. Kaltro turns it into macros and micronutrients, scores how it supports nine body systems in Insights, and helps you act with Coach and the Meals tab (plans, recipes, and groceries).
Smart Log combines text, voice, photos, and optional barcode scans, then lets you review and edit before saving. Prefer speed? Use Quick Add for manual macros or Recent Meals to re-log something you already ate.

The Insights tab turns confirmed logs into a body systems scorecard—Brain & Focus, Gut Health, Muscles & Recovery, Energy, Heart & Blood, and more—plus micronutrient detail when you want to go deeper.

The Meals tab is for AI-generated meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, and history. In Coach, structured cards suggest foods to prioritize (and items you can add straight to groceries)—grounded in what you actually logged.

Open the Coach tab for conversations that can reference your logs, plus a proactive insights carousel when we surface something worth acting on—so guidance feels contextual, not generic.

Who it's for
Caring about nutrition doesn't have one shape. Wherever you're starting from, Kaltro gives you the full picture.
The common thread is curiosity. Kaltro picks up from there. No prerequisites. No guilt. Just better information about the food you already eat.
